Yakko shares about her self-care that is focused on exercise, nutrition, getting rest and embracing the things she’s been wanting to do such as gardening and enjoying her wood burning stove.

Yakko は運動、栄養、休養、そして今までにやりたかったときめくことを楽しみます。

Meanwhile, Cheechan’s self-care is focused on self-love. Everything from nourishing foods, meditation, and setting healthy boundaries. 

Cheechan の場合は自分を大切にすることを意識しています。栄養のある食事、メディテーション、そして健康的な「境界線」を敷くことを大切にしているようです。
