Happy New Year! We are delighted to dive into 2021 and to welcome the New Year, your hosts, Yakko & Cheechan have both created a 100 Things List.

新年あけましておめでとうございます!いよいよ2021が始まり、Cheechan と Yakko は心機一転「100のリスト」を作成してみました!

A 100 Things List is simply a list of 100 things you’d like to accomplish in the year. It could be places you’d like to go, healthy habits you’d like to adopt, and so on. 


In this week’s episode, Yakko & Cheechan compare notes on their lists. One great discovery they both had in common is that they are already living and doing many of the things on their lists! 

今週のエピソードでは Cheechan と Yakko がそれぞれ書き出したリストを見比べます。そこには面白い発見が!2人ともリストの大半が日頃すでに取り組んでいたり、すでに実践していることだったのです。

But, first things first – Yakko plans to start with eating more vegetables and Cheechan’s focusing on her daily journaling.

とは言え、せっかく書き出したリストなので始めないと意味がありません!Yakko は野菜を食べることから。Cheechan はジャーナリングを日常に取り込むところから始めることになりました。
